We know you’re busy, so whether you prefer email, phone, video chat or in-person discussion, we’ll get your vision for the project. We want to know some details about your room, your system functionality needs, and user tendencies. Bounce some questions off us! We’ve integrated hundreds of A/V systems, so we’ve probably encountered challenges you’re having – and likely have a solution.
After our discussion, we go back to the drawing board. Our team collaborates internally to come up with solutions. Our resources and experience are unmatched in the Portland area, so we’re confident our design will impress. When we agree to work together, we compare calendars and schedule the work to be done in a timely manner.
Our technicians are among the best in the industry. Clean, precise, and considerate of your space, we do quality work. We coordinate with other trades, working side by side to deliver an amazing project. We work safe, smart, and very hard.
After basic training on your new system, you can opt for maintenance and support contract. If you do this, regular firmware updates, diagnostics, and general system health will be updated on a schedule. Consistent checks under-the-hood keep your system running smoothly.
